Process

How wholesale ordering works

EuroWear Export keeps each order clear from first enquiry to loading. Buyers can use the quote popup, basket, shipping calculator and container calculator before requesting written terms.

Current buying flow

A clear route for serious wholesale buyers

The site now works around direct quotation requests instead of a separate request page. Every quote button opens the buying form as a popup, and product pages pass the right product type into the form automatically.

Buyers who need more control can add products to the quote basket, estimate shipping, check container capacity, review the order details and then send the summary by WhatsApp or email.

Small and online sellers

European online sellers, boutiques and market traders can start from one bale or pallet where stock and route permit it.

Importers and wholesalers

Regular wholesale buyers can plan mixed pallets, 20ft containers and 40ft containers by product category, grade and market demand.

Branded stock buyers

Mixed branded fashion is quoted only from available verified stock, with brand names treated as descriptive product information.

Nine steps from enquiry to dispatch

The same process applies whether the buyer needs new clothing, used clothing, shoes, accessories, branded stock, bales, pallets or containers.

  1. 1

    Open the quote popup

Buyers can request a quote from any page. The form opens on the same page and preselects the current product type where possible.

  2. 2

    Build the basket

Products can be added to the quote basket with quantity, packing format, destination country and port details before review.

  3. 3

    Confirm buyer requirements

We review category, quality, season, order size, Incoterm, delivery timing and any brand or online seller requirements.

  4. 4

    Check destination eligibility

Import rules, inspection needs and document requirements are checked before any delivery promise is made.

  5. 5

    Estimate freight and capacity

The shipping and container calculators help buyers plan bales, pallets, 20ft containers and 40ft containers before a firm quote.

  6. 6

    Issue written quotation

The offer states product category, grade, packing, indicative preparation time, price basis and the sale terms in writing.

  7. 7

    Reserve the stock

Stock is reserved only when the payment and reservation terms on the pro forma invoice are met.

  8. 8

    Inspect, pack and load

Photos or video are shared where available, then confirmed goods are packed, labelled and prepared for collection or shipment.

  9. 9

    Dispatch and follow up

Commercial and shipping documents are issued according to the agreed terms, and our team stays reachable for shipment questions.

Written confirmation

What is confirmed before stock is reserved

Wholesale stock moves quickly, so verbal interest is not treated as a confirmed order. Each buyer receives written details before payment, reservation, preparation or shipment.

  • Product category, quality grade and current availability
  • Packing format, order quantity and minimum order that applies
  • Indicative product price, freight range and currency reference
  • Destination country, port, route notes and import responsibility
  • Incoterm, payment terms and reservation conditions
  • Documents, inspection options and preparation timing

Use the calculators before you request final terms

The calculators help buyers prepare realistic quantities and route details. Final rates and capacity are always confirmed in the quotation.

Check container capacity

What sits on top of the freight

  • Origin handling and loading: Warehouse handling, loading and export documentation at the European origin, typically EUR 90 to EUR 260 per container.
  • Bunker and seasonal surcharges: Carriers apply fuel, peak season and general rate increases that move week by week and are quoted at booking.
  • Destination charges: Terminal handling, customs clearance, duties, taxes and inland delivery at destination are payable by the buyer unless a DAP or DDP price is agreed.
  • Cargo insurance: Optional on CFR and included on CIF, usually 0.3% to 0.6% of the invoice value plus freight.

Estimates follow published 2026 container market levels and change with fuel, capacity and season. Your applicable freight is confirmed in the written quotation and pro forma invoice.

How to read this estimate
