Wholesale packages

Four wholesale formats: compressed bale, mixed pallet, 20ft container and 40ft container. Every package is priced per order because products, grade, quantity and destination all affect the total.

Container calculator

Four wholesale formats, one clear way to buy

Every order we ship leaves in one of four formats: a compressed bale, a mixed pallet, a 20ft container or a 40ft container. Keeping the range this simple makes quoting faster, packing more consistent and freight easier to plan, and it means you always know what you are comparing.

The right format depends less on ambition than on cash flow, storage and how well you already know your market. A bale lets you test a category for the price of a weekend's stock. A pallet gives a coherent multi-category selection. A container is the point at which freight cost per kilo drops sharply, provided you can sell the volume.

We do not publish fixed bale-per-container figures. Bale density, garment type, stacking and payload limits all change the answer, so capacity is confirmed with each quotation, and you can model your own scenario in the container calculator before you enquire.

Prices are always quoted per order. Product mix, grade, quantity, packing format, source and destination all move the number, so a written quotation and pro forma invoice is the only place a binding price appears.

Choosing a format

  • Testing a new category or platform: start with one bale.
  • Stocking a shop or stall across several categories: take a pallet.
  • Supplying other traders regionally: a 20ft container usually fits the volume.
  • Running a distribution business with repeat demand: 40ft container programmes.
  • Unsure: send your budget, storage and market, and we will suggest a format honestly.

How capacity is confirmed

Loading capacity is calculated from the actual packing method rather than a marketing figure. Bale dimensions and density, pallet height and stackability, container internal dimensions and the payload limit all feed into the plan.

Because of that, two orders of the same weight can occupy very different space. Use the container calculator to model your own pallet or bale dimensions, then send the figures with your quote request so we start from your real numbers.

What is included in a quotation

  • Product categories, grade and approximate quantity or weight
  • Packing format and the number of bales, pallets or containers
  • Source country and preparation time
  • Incoterm, and the freight scope that applies to it
  • Inspection arrangements available before loading
  • Documents issued with the shipment

For European online sellers

If you sell on eBay, Vinted, Etsy or your own shop inside Europe, a single bale or pallet is a realistic starting order, delivered by road freight without sea freight or import formalities. We are not affiliated with any of those platforms; the point is simply that the volume and quality suit item-by-item resale.
